Reset BR-DGE Portal Password

If you are experiencing difficulties logging into your BR-DGE Portal account, follow these steps to resolve the issue.


1. Confirm the environment URL

Ensure you are attempting to log into the correct environment. The BR-DGE portal is hosted on different sub-domains for the Sandbox and Production environments.


2. Verify Your Email Address

Make sure you have typed your email address correctly. Errors in your email address will prevent successful login attempts.

3. Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, or continue to experience login issues, you can reset your password using the self-service "Forgotten Password" option by following these steps:

  • On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link.
  • You will receive an email from no-reply@br-dge.io with instructions on how to reset your password.
  • If you do not see this email, check your spam or junk folder.
  • Open the password reset email and follow the provided instructions to reset your password.
  • Enter your new password on the reset page.

  • Your browser might be causing problems logging in? Try clearing the cache or using a different browser.
