Currently, BR-DGE Portal user management is facilitated through our dedicated Customer Support Team. While this service is not self-serve at the moment, our team is always ready to assist with any user management needs, ensuring that changes are made accurately and promptly.
User Roles
The BR-DGE Portal supports two user roles each tailored to specific operational needs within your organisation: Admin and Reader. Understanding the capabilities of each role is important for efficient user management and maintaining operational security.
Reader Role
The Reader role is designed for users who need access to data and configurations without the ability to make changes. Specifically, users with Reader permissions can:
View and Export Transaction Data: Readers can access all transaction data available on the BR-DGE Portal. They can also export this data for reporting and analysis purposes.
Admin Role
The Admin role encompasses all the permissions of the Reader role, with additional capabilities that allow for managing the BR-DGE Portal's configurations and integrations. Specifically, admins can:
Create and Manage PSP Priorities: Admins can set and adjust the priorities for Payment Service Providers (PSPs), ensuring that transactions are routed according to the desired hierarchy.
Manage Routing Rules: In addition to viewing routing rules, Admins can create, modify, and manage these rules, allowing for tailored transaction routing based on your business needs.
Create and Manage API Keys: Admins have the authority to generate and manage both server and client API keys. These keys are essential for integrating BR-DGE with external services and ensuring secure and seamless communication between systems.
