Adding a Worldpay integration to your BR-DGE retail channel requires you to collect some information for us to add to your BR-DGE retail channels. This article details the information BR-DGE requires, and how you can locate it.
Worldpay Account
If you don't already have a Worldpay Account, you can contact Worldpay Support via email: corporatesupport@worldpay.com.
BR-DGE requires the following information to allow you to route payments to Worldpay through our platform:
- Merchant Code
- Merchant Username
- Merchant Password
- ThreeDs Flex Org Id
- ThreeDs Flex Issuer
- ThreeDs Flex Key
- Payout Merchant Code (for payouts only)
- Payout Merchant Username (for payouts only)
- Payout Merchant Password (for payouts only)
Please note that some of these details are sensitive. We ask you to handle these with care.
- How to locate your Merchant Code and Merchant Username?
- Login to Worldpay Merchant Admin Interface (MAI) and select the Merchant Code you wish to integrate with BR-DGE from the Dropdown menu.
- In the Dashboard screen, ensure you select the mode accordingly (Test | Production) by using the production mode switch on the left-hand side.
- Click on the Account -option on the left-hand side menu.
- On the Profile screen, you will find the Merchant Code and Merchant User name (original XML Username).
- How to locate your Merchant Password?
- The Merchant Password (XML password) will not be visible in MAI but should have been given to the Worldpay MAI Profile creator.
- If you need to change the Merchant Password, you can do this via the User Profile menu.
- How to locate your ThreeDs Flex Org Id, Issuer and Key?
Login to Worldpay Merchant Admin Interface (MAI).
In the Dashboard screen, ensure you select the mode accordingly (Test | Production) by using the production mode switch on the left-hand side.
Click on the Integration -option on the left-hand side menu.
Select 3DS Flex tab
Here you can see the ThreeDs Flex Org Id (Org Unit ID), Issuer (API ID) and Key (API Key).
- How to locate your Payout Merchant Code and Payout Merchant Username?
- Login to Worldpay Merchant Admin Interface (MAI) and select the Merchant Code you wish to integrate with BR-DGE from the Dropdown menu.
- In the Dashboard screen, ensure you select the mode accordingly (Test | Production) by using the production mode switch on the left-hand side.
- Click on the Account -option on the left-hand side menu.
- On the Profile screen, you will find the Merchant Code and Merchant User name (original XML Username).
- How to locate your Payout Merchant Password?
- The Merchant Password (XML password) will not be visible in MAI but should have been given to the Worldpay MAI Profile creator.
- If you need to change the Merchant Password, you can do this via the User Profile menu.
Worldpay Notifications
Only the initial payment call response is synchronous and reflects the state of the payment. All other operations require an asynchronous notification sent by Worldpay. You must configure notifications in your Worldpay account as below.
- Login to Worldpay Merchant Admin Interface (MAI) and select the payout Merchant Code from the Dropdown menu.
- In the Dashboard screen, ensure you select the mode accordingly (Test | Production) by using the production mode switch on the left-hand side.
- Click on the Integration -option on the left-hand side menu.
- Select the Merchant Channel tab to show the notifications set-up.
- For the Protocol http row, set http to yes (Active).
- For the content, Select XML.
- For the address provide the following URL:
Sandbox: https://sandbox.comcarde.com/v1/notifications/wpg/{retail-channel-id}
Production: https://secure.comcarde.com/v1/notifications/wpg/{retail-channel-id}
- For the client certificate, select No.
- For the idempotency Key, select No.
- For the Merchant Channel Events section, select all the events in the http row.
BR-DGE will need to provide your Retail Channel ID for the corresponding Retail Channel in advance. Please get in contact with Customer Support to get this information.
Apple Pay
To use Apple Pay Integration with BR-DGE via Worldpay, you must ensure Apple Pay is enabled in your Worldpay account.
