Adding a Worldline Online Payments connection to your BR-DGE retail channel requires you to collect some information for us to add to your BR-DGE retail channels. This article details the information BR-DGE requires, and how you can locate it.
Worldline Online Payments account
If you don't already have a Worldline Online Payments account then you will need to create one with Worldline Online Payments.
BR-DGE requires the following information to allow you to route payments to Worldline Online Payments through our platform:
- PSPID
- WLOP Direct API Key & Secret
Please note that some of these details are sensitive. We ask you to handle these with care.
How to locate your PSPID?
- This will be displayed in the footer banner on the WLOP (Test | Production) Back-Office.
How to locate your WLOP Direct API Key?
- Log into the WLOP (Test | Production) Back-Office
- Select Configuration
- Select Technical Information
- Select API Settings
- Select Direct API Key
- The API Key secret is only displayed when creating a new API key or when an existing API key is renewed
Worldline Online Payments Product Support
Please ensure that you have enabled all appropriate products in your WLOP account in order to support the kinds of payments you plan to wish to route to WLOP via BR-DGE. All WLOP card schemes are identified as products and have their own product id, including Google Pay and Apple Pay.
To see the products linked to your account, go to Configuration → Payment Methods and you should see the set of products that your account currently has.
Navigate to Configuration → Payment Methods. The sub-tab titled ‘Select Payment Methods’ should be displayed and show you the list of products you are configured with (see below). If the product you request, does not appear use ‘Choose new payment methods’ sub tab to get a list of products you can add. If the required product (card scheme, digital wallet, etc) is not available then contact WLOP support.
Worldline Online Payments Notifications
Some WLOP operations such as refunds and separate auth & capture are asynchronous. When BR-DGE routes such operations to WLOP then we will return a 2101 pending response indicating that you should expect a BR-DGE webhook callback. In order for BR-DGE to be informed of updates we need you to configure WLOP webhooks to be sent to us.
Configuring WLOP Webhook Notifications
Log into the WLOP (Test | Production) back office
- Select Configuration
- Select Technical Information
- Select Api Settings
- For the Endpoint Urls provide the following URL:
Sandbox: https://sandbox.comcarde.com/v1/notifications/wlop/{retail-channel-id}
Production: https://secure.comcarde.com/v1/notifications/wlop/{retail-channel-id}
- We will require the following information to authenticate the webhooks received from WLOP:
- WebhooksKey
- WebhooksKeySecret
BR-DGE will need to provide your Retail Channel ID for the corresponding Retail Channel in advance. Please get in contact with Customer Support to get this information.
